Unhappy

Just inflicted my first damage to my baby.

Girlfriend and parents bought me a set of silver 18" Diablos for Christmas/birthday and I've just scraped one against the curb.

Need to get it sorted fast!

Any help or advice as to where to go would be hugely appreciated. I live in Bucks but don't mind a bit of a journey for a good job.

The damage is pretty minor, to just the very outer rim, but I could cry at any minute.

Help me peeps!!

Try Pristine Wheels in Woburn near MK. They had a website which was working up until recently it seems as it appears not to be now.

http://www.alloywheelrefurbishers.co.uk

Hope this helps.

Andy.

Okay, spoken to those guys who have told me I am looking at £75 upwards (fair price?). This is without seeing the wheel and are not certain these wheels are repairable.

The wheels are Team Dynamics Diablos in silver. The damaged part is the High Power Silver outer rim. Does anybody have any experience of repair work to these wheels.

Again I stress that the damage is not severe just a heavyish scuff.

Ring round some of your local yre places. I had a quote of £25 for quite a heavy scuff on a '01 WRX wheel.

555-Shaggy - Good luck and keep me posted. I will let you know if I have any further progress.

Paul Palmer - Slough is no problem for me at all. What or who do you know?

Alcazar - Always a pleasure! Have a friendly tyre place up the road from me I will be trying after work, then phoning round as necessary.

Thanks guys
