Default SC Turbos

Guys,

Sorry for the question that gets asked all the time i am guessing.

Can I run with out a dump valve with a SC turbo or will it damage the turbo over time?

What sc you opting for? I'm running a 46 with no dump valve sounds lovely they do say it slows spool down a tad but **** me mine spools fast 473bhp @ 1.6bar at 3500rpm
