#1
I have seen a very nice 2.0 sport imprezza at my local scooby dealer , w reg 42000 miles one owner, fsh,etc
Looks tidy 7750 quid.
Does anyone have any info, is this reasonable, anything to look out for ?????????????
Dont tell me to buy a turbo coz i refuse to pay 650 quid a year on insurance.
Any sensible comments will be helpfull.

doddsy - we have our own site as above, you will find a lot of information that we pass between ourselfs. The Sport is a very good car in its own right. Join the group and ask all the questions you want.

I'am on my second sport the first an MY98 latest MY2000. No problems at all apart from crap paint that jumps off at the sight of a stone and body panels that dent when you look at them, but thats forgiven when you drive them!

Nonsense - leave it in 3rd .
Kept up with turbos, legacy turbo, caterham and elise, en route to the Big One this year.
Just don't try and keep up on the straight bits
PS looks a good price - or you could wait till after Christmas and have mine
(edited to say - I've only once paid < 650quid on insurance, and that was on a 1.6 Cavalier)
