Question

Does any one know how these little blighters come off, you know which ones i mean, the little orange grillson the front.

stick a flat blade screwdriver into the groove at the top of the orange wedges and prise them out

Hi again Dewi didn't notice 100th post. I'm down in Pwllheli. Where do you go then to get scooby parts etc anywhere local to you? Do you do any group runs together or with SIDC. Sorry for hastling you mate first time got to chat with anyone pretty local.

Been on a few trackdays organised by SIDC, and there are a few meets around this area now and then as we've got some of the best roads in the country, keep your eye out on the midlands board as they have well organised camping trips to Wales

I cnat believe I drove round for 18months with orange wedges on . Primer, maded up spray can, laquer and mask from Halfords and job done. They dont really enhance the look just mean the front looks smarter and cleaner.

spray them Deep Mica Blue, and how to do it!

These are the tips I followed when I did mine.

I got all the stuff from Halfords :

1) Plastic Primer
2) Made up paint, you need the paint code (see thread above)
3) Clear Laquer
4) Face mask and always spray outside, try not to breathe in vapours

Talk to the guys in Halfords and tell them what you are attempting to do and take the wedges in. I got some got advice of a guy in my local Halfords.

or for the lazy whip em out, take them to your local bodyshop during your lunchbreak give them the paintcode or a sample, (touchup paint) pay £10 n pick em up half n hour later Thats what I'm going to do.
