Can't help with the legality or availability of a Tazer but what is easily available are proper cattle-prods. A bit of modification can take these down to a useful size! All just a rumour i heard but food for thought anyway.

I think you will find they are highly illegal!

But you could get one from America and smuggle it in!!

Given the current climate, i would not even consider smuggling in a 'Bic Razor' let alone a weapon!!

Stick with the trusty baseball bat, this will save you from any potential kicking because you forgot to charge/change the batteries .

You've just admitted you're going to get him to send you one!
Try denying it now!!

what I was thinking was...instead of just clumping any burgler/thieving c*** round the legs with the bat..I could render him imobile, tie him up and subject him to a little bit of "reasons why he shouldn't do it again" kinda torture....nothing too serious mind...drill a couple of holes in his knee-caps, superglue his eyelids open, crush his nads with some pliers and break every bone in each of his hands(1 by 1) ...

Use a home-made pepper spray type of thing!
While he is temporarily visually impaired give the **** a good kicking. When you have immobilised said ****, tie him to a chair with nylon ropes and administer required amount of torture depending upon level deserved!

Jason.

ps If he is a cyclist double it!!!!

Mantraps!!
Thats what you need, scatter those little beauties around your garden, driveway etc.
The lowlife will give an audible warning when he has found one, then you can wander over and beat him with the bat!
No need to upgrade.

Sorry! Got another one.

Pop down to B&Q, purchase yourself some of their finest mains cable and a couple of 3 pin plugs. Strip back the cable at one end and wire into plug as per manufacturers instructions. Take the other end of the cable, strip back about 6 inches and wrap around your door handle.
Plug the other end into the socket and retire to bed in peace.

Upon waking, turn plug off, open door and check door mat, if there is an undesirable on your doorstep, drag him indoors and administer required beating. After satisfactorily teaching this idiot a lesson, go and enjoy morning cornflakes with partner.

If there is NO undesirable on your doorstep, go back upstairs and administer satisfaction to partner before aforementioned cornflakes.

get a nailgun, you can get semiauto nailguns which use a blank .22 charge to shoot the nails, great for flooring the loft "officer" but could take down several masked intruders in style !

I've got an AutoTaser which clamps to the steering wheel and zaps 'em with 50,000 volts. By all accounts (including several long threads on this BBS) it is quite legal.

I bought it for £200 at Max Live but now too scared to use it. Fearsome thing when you set it off

If anybody wants it for £50, mail me.

Richard.
