205 GTi's were the best hot hatch of the 80's and 90's. Even by todays standards, the 205 (especially 1.9) is good. In fact its never really been replaced properly by Peugeot in their model line up because the current 206 GTi is pants by comparison.

Nick (Chairk) - sorry mate, your wrong - its the fuse in the indicator relay that is removed as part of the PDI by BMW. I had this explained to me by a BMW owner - as he always indicates and couldn't understand why people were always surprised by his manouvers - he then found out the fuse wasn't there! honest

M8TT J - seriously thou - very cool car, enjoy!

Forgot to say - very nice car, enjoy . Mate at work has one, and it looks simply stunning and goes like something flying off a well greased shovel.

Also yeah the 205gti is a mint 1.6 and although I said it is s##te I can't bear to part with it as it is so fun...so being put in the garage fully serviced and valeted...for a rainy day :-)

Had a Mi16 conversion by Guttenberg in mine about 8 yrs ago. It was awesome, only problem was a very VERY light rear end which loved to come sliding round when provoked!! M3's lovely m8, If you want the comfort with some nice grunt gr8 for your money. Enjoy..
