What the hell is it???
picked it up with 50 miles on the clock from an importer and am assuming it is Japanese???
I am guessing that cos It has Japanese writing all over the shop.
the model is 1.5 cs?
yeh so its not a WRX 2.0 litre Jobbie(I wish and so do the insurance company...eek they dont like 23 year olds driving them!)
just wondered if any body else knows anything about this car/model I'd be interested, sale value??? any known things too watch out for? good dealers for servicing imports ect?
It would be much appreciated!

Pretty certain it's not a European car, think they have the same as UK :-
1.6 TS Wagon only
2.0 GX Wagon/Saloon/Sport Saloon
2.0 WRX Wagon/Saloon
2.0 WRX STi Saloon only
Sorry can't help any more than that.

The 1.5 C's is not a Malaysian spec car, it is a JDM spec car. The 1.5 litre engine produces around 105ps (if my memory serves me correctly), and the car has semi-auto climate control as standard.
The rest is standard non-turbo Subaru stuff, although equipment levels should be higher than the equivalent UK spec GL.
Dunno abt resale value, but that car was sold here in Hong Kong for just over HK$100k (just over GBP8k) back in 1998-00.

It's fortunate that u've bought a Subaru, instead of some other makes which doesn't have online forums for u to ask questions.
Still, it pays to do a bit of research b4 buying a car, any car.
