I recently missed out on a MY99 in DBM on a T plate with 25k miles, one owner etc etc and that was priced at £11k so with the damaged wheels, body work and an cambelt change in 2000 miles I think theres room for negotiation on your example.

I just paid £10600 for a MY99 (March) but that was after a lot of looking. Personally I think the price is fair but I would use the impending 45K service to try go a little lower.
