I completley understand mate. I would be equally as angry were I in the same position as you. That's why I edited the thread, as opposed to removing it.
Threats, no matter how justifed only serve to inflame the situtation and say for example you did carry one of them out, then they could be used as evidence against you(with scoobynet slap bang in the middle). Now, you may well not intend to carry them out but we don't know that and my role as a moderator is to ensure scoobynet does'nt get caught in the middle.
There's been a lot of crap flying around today and its shown the bad side of human nature all too well. I've not enjoyed being a moderator today and having to read some of the stuff i've had to(from all sides). There are some sick people around and unfortunatley, there are a few on here who fall into that catagory.
I'd rather us appreciate each other and good cars, no matter the Marque.
I don't know you, or Anita but I do know that she needs you to be strong and draw support from your friends and family at this time.
A lot of people on here expressed sympathy with you,Anita, the teacher and the baby that were involved in this sad accident. Ignore the ones who did not for they're not worth the effort and hassle, and draw strength and comfort from those who have and who stand with you. Because in the end they are the ones that really count, and they are the ones that will help you, Anita and everyone else through this difficult time.
All the best, and I hope and pray for a speedy recovery for anyone involved.

I don't read or reply to threads like that also. To me it's as bad as roadrage.
I don't know what happened, but I really hope that she is ok.
Kind regards
Gareth.

I never saw any of the original threads, so have been amazed to see the results on both SN, and RSOC.
People really do need to think b4 they post...........sometimes myself included.
Hope all goes well for you both, and the others involved in the accident. You can always replace a car, but........................:

Gary - dont tar everyone with the same brush though Have to agree, some of the bandwagon jumpers on that thread were terrible.
My only reply to the thread was that everyone should know the facts about what happened before posting there damning replies. I never got to see what anyone replied to me, but looks like I was right in the end.
Wish Anita well for me - being a fellow RWD'er (MR2), I know what a nightmare they can be in the wet, and how they can catch you out.
Best of luck mate
