Question

Hi all

Seriously considering a Legacy Turbo as my everyday car and was wondering if anyone knows of any 'net resources concerning this car.
Questions like:
-performance
-tuning capibilities
-running costs
-is it worth considering the Auto?
-Main differences between the two body styles
-Main difference between the engines in the single and twin-turbo varieties.

Any pointers much appreciated.

Cool

Small world then "MRK" ?

Check out the Drivetrain forum, there is quite a bit of info & active Legacy owners in there.

I ran a 1992 Legacy turbo for 18 months and had a great time!

Pretty quick for what it is but the best thing is no one has a clue what it is. Most people think it's either a Mazda 626 or a Rover 800. Hence you can upset a great deal of people.

I didn't bother doing any mods, i got to the stage where i was fortunate enough to buy an Impreza.

The only problem i had was a clutch exploded, but that was my fault!
Can be a bit thirsty, but it's a big car and do you know a turbo that isn't?
