I posted a message to a thread and it's since gone into muppetland so I want to stop receiving emails about new posts.

Do I have to post another message and uncheck the checkbox, or can I simply edit my original post?

You can't disable it!

You will just have to put the title in your "junk senders list" and filter them out like that.

You mean, change my email address to something invalid? Naa... It wouldn't work anyway since my new account password would bounce and then I'd be really stook.
