Question

Its the time of year when my screen always seems to mist in a smeared way.

Anyone got any recommendations for the best cleaner they have come accross?

Ideally, it should stop the mist sticking when the fan is on

I use Autoglym glass polish (the proper polish, not the 'fast glass' spray). Works a treat

R.B.5,

I have tried the anti-fog on my MY01 WRX and it does work, but I also tried it on my girlfriends Pug 206 and it was a waste of time.

I use either Autoglym Glass polish (very good)

Or

The good ol Chamois leather then clean with tissue, works equally as well.

Hol

I used to use Autoglym and now I use meths. Better and cheaper IMHO - no nasty white residues on trim and all that.

Isn't meths supposed to make you go blind, or was that something else

Wax Wizard glass cleaner is the best I've used, totally smear free, even better than Nilglass, which I used to swear by

Water with a drop of vodka.

Use the water to clean the windows and drink the vodka with lots of ice

Jif or Gif as it is now called is probably the best product available for anti misting. This is used by a lot of race teams in wet conditions.Race cars do have a real problem due to the fact that most don't have a heater to dry the screen.

Damn right Chalkie rf racecars, my car on Sunday at a soaked Mallory Park, with antifog, fan and everything else steamed up totally after two laps. I spent the other 10 straining in my straps to wipe a small piece of screen clear. Even then I could only see through with one eye

Heated screen for me next year me thinks.
