Mine acts like a fat bird passing a pie shop when it sniffs fuel

It does 23/34 to the gallon (55 litre fill up does about 280 miles - 4.73 lites to the gallon)

oh, and Optimax is still w4nk

I don't think 'economy' is quite the right word

On ordinary day to day stuff, I get something around 20ish.
Pottering up and down the Motorway, I've had as much as 30.
More 'spirited' driving? Well start at 15-18 and work down.

My day to day stuff might be a little misleading as Milton Keynes roads are a bit 'point and squirt', which reduces mpg.

I used to get 100 miles to a tank out of mine. But I only drove it as a second car and was always driven in the spirit it should have been

An expensive toy she was

I've found if you keep the revs down on motorway driving it ain't too bad (30+ mpg). Depends if you like doing 65mph with the lorries??!!
