My catless Sti4 is due for an MOT tomorrow morning.
So tonight I am having a temporary mid section put on the car that has a cat in it. Makes sure the car easily passes the test.
Then just after the MOT it will be whipped off & replaced with the straight pipe !
That way you dont have to mess around with the catless downpipe.

Rump.

You wouldn't be trying to say that some of us know a corrupt MOT station, would you? I wouldn't dream of putting money in the pockets of these criminals.

How about standard down pipe, de-cat SSport mid, SS b/box? Will that sail through or will it need standard mid for MOT?

Cheers

Matt

ahh, this old chesnut. I know that the car deffo passed with just the one cat, in the standard downpipe, plus I am now fully decatted (BPM Twindump downpip and Blitz NUR Spec R center and backbox) and once again, it passed the MOT. Just dropped the car into the garage (GDA Sports Cars) and asked them to service and MOT it for me, came back with no problems.
