When changing from the standard twin-pipe to a STi bb, what needs to be changed at the same time, if anything? (bolts, nuts, fixings etc)

Yes...... it really is that simple!

if you are going to need to change anything at all it will be the gasket inbetween them, i didnt have a gasket when i replaced mine and it does not leak, however i would recommend fitting one if you can get one....
Apart from that, the bolts on the car can be reused..

Depends on the length of time the bolts have been on for. If you change the exhaust after a few months from new then you will probably be okay but if they have been used for a few years it maybe worth replacing them as they arent that expensive.

You should be able to get a gasket from any motor factor etc..

My backbox to centre joint has no gasket, and does not leak.

My back box to center section has no gasket. If you can re-use the two bolts no other items are required unless the neoprene hangers are shot.

A Motor Factor is a place which sells car parts for more than one manufacturer. Normally they sell patent parts too.
