Don't lose a key!!!

krade ..... the key from Mr Mint or wherever ain't going to tell the immobilizer to let engine start .. unfortunately ... from what some of you say though perhaps i should try a few other dealers, and as you suggest King RA, an independant, see if they are prepared to rip me off a bit less... hahhaha.

I had to get a new key recently for the RB5 and it was quite a bit cheaper through the dealer than that.
Andy (wish my memory was better so I could remember the exact figures)

£250 sounds reasonable, when I consider that a mate of mine had the keys for his new Golf nicked, he had to have all new locks, and it has only just benn resolved, after 5 MONTHS!!!!!!!, god only knows what it actually cost, but he had to have a loan car for a while as-well, the bill for that alone was over £1200. Ouch!
Mind you, I'll try not to lose a key, the last thing I need is a £250 bill!
