Dead bugs!
If you use Wax Wizzard's products then once you have built up sufficient layers of wax the bugs should come off easy with normal washing or with one the mesh covered sponges.
A tip I received from the Wax Wizzard to get rid of marks left behind by bugs is to soak the affected area in lemon juice or vinegar. Wet a paper towel with the juice to give the area a good soaking. If this doesn't quite do the trick then cleanse the area with WW's special cleanser. This method also works for the sticky stuff that falls out of trees!

Wax Wizzard products every time. Mark has something for removing just about every type of muck you can get & is also happy to give loads of good free advice. I have found a couple of good waxes over the whole car & then extra layers on the bits likely to get bugs etc on (front of bonnet & roof, back of mirrors etc) works well. Then the best time to clean the car is first thing in the morning when the paint is cool, give it a good soaking to soften the bugs & then just wash them off. most will hose off but the rest can easily be got off using a sponge & Marks shampoo (suggest you use it as it does not bring off the wax). Brake dust also falls off well waxed wheels. You can contact Mark Underwood on waxwizard@eurobell.co.uk or mark@swissol.co.uk

The use of baby wipes (Pampers) will work but will remove any wax or polish you have applied. The same goes for Turtle Bug wipes.
Apart from using lemon juice etc one can also use a clay bar..very quick anmd very effiencient and it will also remove tar spotting etc.

..soak a tea towel in very hot soapy water... lay it on the dirty panel for 10 mins then lift off.... most cr4p should come with it..the rest wipes off easily...
Maybe I don't drive fast enough, but I don't have a problem with bugs.
However, I do intermittantly wash and wax the car. (not very often, and with a cheaper product...)
And I'm going to have to wait until Xmas for some proper wax
