TOTAL AMATUERS, POLICE HAVE GOT THE TAPE AND THEY KNOW IT WAS YOU WHO HAD BMW FROM ROUND THE CORNER!!!

yes, the quietist way in apparently is to lift out patio door,
no smashing glass needed,
word of warning!!!! leave your keys downstairs,
my mates got a TT and they broke into his couldnt find keys so went and woke him and wife armed with a blade!!!!

no they sorted that,
the people reported it,
the police were outside my house,with dogs
about 20 paces away at same time there breaking into other house,
taking keys and drivin off under the police noses,
didnt realise till report came over radio that they were the boys,
the cheek of them!!!!

As regards leaving the dog in the motor.
I've got a French Mastiff - the one in Turner & Hooch and the new Citreon ad. Did you see what he did to the motor in Turner & Hooch.
I've also got a nice blue leather interior.

I just hope they would try to break in. He'd rip their b4lls off.
And no he's not aggressive - just when someone comes in the house uninvited.

if they did get in they are welcome to the keys, one call to tracker people and GPS & police kicks in (safest way and by giving em the keys they aint damaged the car trying to get in)

 

You need to do an anti-lift mod on your patio doors. A piece of wood that will fit between the top of the doors and the underside of the runner is all you need. Just open the door, drill and screw the wood in place and shut the door. You should find the door cannot be lifted out any more.

Probably just break in some other way but at least you have made it a bit harder.
