A quick question for anyone in the no,will a MY00 uk spec headlight fit into a my99 spec car, the lenses are the same the clear type,but the uk light has a electric headlight adjustment system and the import does not,would i be able to fit the uk light in and set up the aim manually and leave it at that or not as there is a big difference in price the uk light is £149 inc vat and the import light is £260 inc vat and it has less in it (no motor etc)any ideas welcome cheers rob

Yes. You will find that the MY00 Headlamp will bolt straight into a MY99 STI. You will also be able to manually adjust these to give the correct beam height.
I'm surprised at the price of the original lamp assay's, You should be able to get these supplied for no more than £150 ea. Inc Vat.
