Can't remember -- I was there for the first briefing last year (08:00?) and got in no problem. My dad was scheduled to get there around 11:00 and spent two hours in traffic

We've never been and need advice.

Do we have to arrive early even if only spectating?

We don't have any car pass, does that mean we'll have to pay for parking / there would't be any space or what?

We don't have tickets, would there be any problem buying on the spot?

Any help appreciated

Thanks Kate

Kate - If you want to go on the SIDC stand, then you will have to book in advance (unless I am mistaken).

If you are not fussed about going onto the stand, you can park in the main car park, and walk around all the stands at your leisure. You can turn up at any time, there is no limit to time.

What advantage is it to park at the SIDC stand?

Well they don't have any passes left anyway.

No advantage, apart from you are parked alongside lots of others Scooby's, and you can enter the 0 - 60 challenge.

Kate

The advantage of parking with the SIDC is you don't have to park near all the Nova's

See you there

oh well, I quess we missed that one and will have to share with Novas

So what would be the best time to get there? In order to avoid too much traffic and not to miss all the fun

We're going, setting off from manc around 0600, 2.5 hrs down to silverstone, and park up on the SIDC stand. Hope the weathers good.

Question

You have made a mistake, to get to south mimms for 6.30 that means you would have to get up even earlier right?

I am unaware these time are real on a Sunday?

White saff cossie mate.....

Will see you there. Maybe we can keep a good pace to get us there nice and early.

Last year, we took a shortcut near Silverstone, and got in 30 mins before the rest of our lot. Am gonna look it up tonight.

probably with some of the BHP club as well ...

See Trax ScoobyCity

We could not get a plot as we were too late contacting organisers.

Will be leaving Newbury about 7ish.

Does anybody know if you can buy the 0 - 60 tickets at Trax, or do you have to buy them in advance?
