Haven't seen any STI7's (Prodrive or Std) for sale in the second hand market yet either.
Only seems to be Demonstrator Prodrive versions & a number of New Std cars about just now.
I also heard that there are no more Std STi's available from the factory in Japan - anyone else heard this?

I bought my 02 reg STi Prodrive with 6000 on the clock from a dealer for £24k.
This seemed a very good price when comparing what other dealers have on www.subaru.co.uk. Some are asking up to list for ex Demos! My local garage wanted £26.5 for theirs so I went alsewhere!
I guess the guy who had it 4 months and traded it in would have only got £22-£23k at best.
And BTW I love it

Recently had to sell my STi Type UK (non Prodrive)
At less than 2 months old with 1200 miles on the clock, first service just done, totally mint etc, the best bid I got from a dealer was 20K ! One dealer even offered just 18K
which wasn't a lot more than I got for the WRX I traded in for it!
Dealer who supplied the car didn't even want to make a bid (even though it was the 4th Impreza I'd brought from them . )
Same old story, depends if you are buying or selling........

Yea see that would bother me, I dont like the STi without the Prodrive kit, and if you want to fit it after its gona cost you £3500!!
I looked into a euro one to begin with as my last two cars have been from Holland

You meen the lower front spoiler?
Even so, if it does cost £3.5k, for the kit, that makes the cost £23.5k to me in total, which is £500 cheaper than yours with £1000 miles on the clock.
Its my first import so humor me - (im trying to convince myself)!

Stevie,
But you dont have the £1500 optional Prodrive wheels like me!, my car was £29.5K new, I paid £24K, I am all for euro imports, I have had 2 and my dad owns one, BUT i prefer the Prodrive look and didnt want to wait 6 months!

dont blame you, i couldnt wait six months either, so settled for the std version, just trying to justify it to myself!!
- still love it though.
- thinking about modifications, induction kit for a start have you or anybody else had any thing done to their V7 UK yet?
