Angry

Just been on the phone to ScoobySport who have told me that the Group N brake upgrade I had booked in for tomorrow is off as the parts haven't arrived yet. Grrrrrrrrr

One wasted day off work and puts my holiday plans for next week right out of skew as I was planning to drive down to Cornwall but really can't now with my dodgy brakes. (pads and discs worn) Ggrrrrrrr

I remember someone else posting on here about the same thing a few weeks ago. Is this a regular occurence?

I know this is probably a long shot but does anybody know where I can get a similiar sort of brake upgrade at short notice.

Grrrrrrrr

Try Graham Goode. It's a long shot but worth a call.

Question

Or try TSL / ScoobyMania? They might be able to fit you in at short notice?

Thanks for all your replies. I have now re-arranged my plans (at great pains mind) so will now be going away in a few weeks. I have had a quick ring round to all places suggested so will weigh up the options and decide.

Ian, could you e-mail me a contact number for Godspeed or post a link to a website as I would be interested to see what sort of kit you have on offer. Could still incorporate it into part of my journey down to Cornwall too.

If anyone is interested I intend to do a report on whatever brake option I go for. I intend to do a bit of driving after I have got them put on and bedded in by heading down the coast etc so should get the chance to try the brakes on some decent Scooby friendly roads

Thumbs up

I can recommend the Godspeed discs with the Pagid pads. Had them fitted on Friday and now bedded in.
