I had a dog and his name was.........bingo!!
Having contacted the real steven cronin, he from the description I gave (bearing in mind tw@t had a black girlfriend) figured out who it would have been. Norman Mackie who used to live in S Queensferry but now lives in Dunfermline, near JB actually.
Anyways, Steven - understandably hacked off it his name being used - went round to the boys house and politely (god knows what he did) got him to phone me I've agreed with said tw@t to meet tommorrow at the Barnton Junction @ 12:00 (Alldays) so that he can give me £200 to pay for the paint job.
All I want is the money and no hassles but to be on the safe side I want to go with a few people....preferably big. Don't want rucuss just a simple exchange of money and leave. Anybody going to be in the area that could perhaps lend some physical presence?
Cheers,
Kenny

Class post Kenny, glad to hear that it's going to get sorted.
Wish I was in the area to see the guys face when he turns up and the carpark is full of Scoobs!
Hope it gets sorted.

Kenny,
I'll be honest. I actually thought, for a second, about driving all that way just to see the to55er's face. I would love to be there, really, I would. Unfortunately, without sounding like a wimp, it is a long drive from where I'm from. Well done mate, and pleeease, keep me posted.

Once you have your money, I would seriously consider reporting him to the Police. I'm not certain which charge but giving you false details is against the law, and they don't have to do much work to prosecute.
If you report him and they do nothing, you've not lost anything but if they do, he may think twice about doing it to someone else in future

Hehe.
Anyway, good luck with this. I'd go with you guys and join your lynch mob but I've got my exams (re-sits to be honest). If you can wait till the 3rd or 4th of September, I'm definately up for a ruckus. Besides, I've got some unfinished business to do in Glasgow..
