In my 24 years, i've owned two nova sr's with the add ons, 1 205 1.9 GTi with the bits and a Clio 16v also with the bits. Then came that fantastic day when i put the deposit down on my Scoob. It was this same day that to everybody who cared, i uttered the words-
of course i'm not gonna modify this one!
.
I now sit here 13 months later.
New head unit + sub + amp............=£580
k&n induction kit....................=£60
Forge Dump Valve.....................=£150
Clear side and front indicators......=100
Eibachs + 4 wheel geomentry setup....=£375
Goodrich braided brake hoses.........=£70
Magnex back box......................=£210

I don't really wanna think about the servicing and other essentials. A conservative estimate of these = £900.
So my conclusion is, it's time to stop and save.

P.s My Scoob is having the magnex down and mid fitted today.

Did i read on scoobynet that ecutek suits a full decat very well?
lol

I uttered those very words when I bought my Scoob And I bought a slightly modified one initially to try and control this too!

So far I have done the downpipe, got a new centre section on order, induction kit is fitted, got some STi spoilers waiting to be painted

I can laugh with you - said the same thing when I got my B4

Now I am looking at new turbos, IC, ECU etc etc.

And that's after having done everything possible to the suspension but change the dampers

i said the exact same thing! I went 2years without modifying it, started lightly modifying for the third year of ownership, and towards the fourth year that this happened!

Those are very "max power" mods methinks.

Wink

All of it
But honestly, my first modification would have been either alloys or brakes, the alloys so i could get bigger brakes under there or something to make the car look better
To be honest with you, the first modification was actually the side protection strips on my car, i still have the orange indicator's but a lovely set of PD7's in anthracite for my sonic blue scoob
A PPP followed along with some Brembo 4 pots and now a Scoobymania downpipe
The handling isnt too bad though but this will probably be my next mission, Prodrive geometry settings and some springs to start with but ill keep the car looking pretty average, that way it wont put people off or make it too much of a target for theives.
