You might need to consider the following:
* Public liability insurance
* Marshalling (may need to pay some people)
* Cones (might need to buy some)
* Ambulance on-site would be a good idea (I guess St. John's Ambulance will come out for the day for a fee)
* Recovery of broken-down/smashed cars (something that'll tow a car which may not have any wheels )

If you're looking at doing it around Oxford/M4, you may find it easier to have a chat with Marcus at www.easytrack.co.uk and see what sort of deal he can put together for you.

They have an airfield at Abingdon that is sometimes used for cars - I think Top Gear used to use it for some of their shoots. I've no idea about this, but Upper Heyford the ex US Airbase may be available?

So where are you based - there's not many of us from Oxfordshire?
