The 2.0 normal aspirated car has a 50 litre tank. The Turbo has a 60 litre tank and will do about the same number of miles(on a good day with the wind behind it) as you do from your 50 litre tank. I estimate your'e getting about 25Mpg which is about right for the car(according to Subaru's website)

I reckon to get an average of 22Mpg for my STI Type UK.

You'll find in general that AWD cars have poorer fuel consumption than RWD or FWD ones. However the benefits of traction, stability and all weather ability outweight the downsides.

Also a the car 'runs in' fuel economy will get better

questions
why are the tanks so small??? £30.00 is this right for this car??
also 270-80 miles on a tank? my drving pattern is mainly motorway miles, daily trip of 50miles, should i be getting more???
