Hello chaps. I'm currently driving a MR2 Turbo - the 241bhp version. I'm looking to change cos age and family situ dictates, plus, I'm losing my 9 lives in the wet. I've no idea of the different models available as I've been a Toyota enthusiast for the past 12 yrs of driving.
Got around 12k to spend but would prefer not to lose too much performance as my 2 has only ever been done by one Scooby which I believe to be a P1.
Plus, do these cars really lose 90bhp+ from the 4wd?
Like I've said, I know nowt about these cars and only go on what I've read in mags.

Btw: not into arguing about racing etc! Only ever beaten once - I swear!

Get a imported STI version, you will get a good one for 12k. I have a STI v4, it has 280bhp and is a fair bit faster than the Mr2. I used to be a MR2 turbo owner, great cars until it rains.

you would get a nice evo4 for 12k. basically same car/engine as a 6, exceptional value for money.
or spend 5k and get a real sorted st185 celica gt4. fantastic cars for the money. use the 7k change for more crazy mods
