Pardon my ignorance but can someone tell me the difference between the UK P1 model and the Jap P1 if any...

Or have I got it all wrong and only one exists...

Please, can someone clear things up just a little

You've got it all wrong I'm afraid. The P1 = Prodrive 1 a UK based company. The Equivelant would have been the STi-v Type R, but don't quote me on that.

the P1 is a UK only model, built to prodrive spec using the STi5 TypeR as its basis, but has some major diferences, read some of teh threads in this forum over the last couple of days, its been quite a topic of debate of late.

There is no such thing as a Jap spec P1.

read some posts m8 you should learn lots i have a wrx sti type r and i did a lot of info gathering before buying s.i.d.c. has all the info you should need.
