MRT - Do you bother checking your mail?
#7
Forget MRT, they s**k!!! Started off ordering a simple small part, firstly they stated that the country I live in doesn't exist and after 5 emails explaining them where it is (I was about sending them a 2002 world atlas to replace their 1756 one), the guy wanted a Credit Card statement to prove that the number I gave him was really my card.

As for MRT ... I had the same experience DBM, although before they went silent on me I have to say Ben Taylor was very helpful. Very odd.

I just find if you send someone an email (2 separate addresses!) asking if you can GIVE them some money in return for some goods, and they ignore it, its a bit odd.
Nevermind, business must be good.

Alberick,
Surely its better to prove the card is yours and the cardholders address. At least they seem to be doing something to prevent credit card fraud!
DBM,
I've exchanged a few emails with MRT. I pressume with the time difference and the fact they are quite busy, the reply is not immediate. Depending on the question, answers came back in 3-5 days.
