Question

I bought my scooby from a main dealer and have got one year left on the 'subaru assistance recovery'.
A) Is this is a good service?
B) Can you add extra years onto it? and if so at what cost.

Many thanks.

Assistance

Wife picked up a puncture near the house, call it in and local garage arrived in no time ( Mondial member I think )to sort it out. Just the job !

The second time we`ve used Mondial ( for a BM the first time, those rotating types you know ! )and they are excellent.

Cheers

Subaru Assist got me going very quickly when my throttle position sensor went on Boxing Day.

I'd recommend them... they basically sent a local garage round.

Both times I've had to use them ( & both on Bank Holidays ) they were excellent.

1) Window winder mechanism went with window open - there inside 60 mins & did temporary closure - OK for time being til dealer fixed.

2) Wheel bearing. Again inside 60 mins. Took PTMW! away, stored & then delivered to dealer. Only let down slightly by hire car situation which was understanably cr@p on a BH w/end.

I've only used them once - when my car wouldn't start after a race meeting at Knockhill.

"Knockhill in Fife? Fife isn't on my map. Strange that, it's a big town isn't it"

But they got someone there in 45 minutes. He immediately diagnosed a broken cam belt....fortunately he was wrong!
