What if you have an engine failure (or run out of fuel 
). At least a plane can glide down and a helicopter has counter-rotation to initiate a safe landing. What does this do......fall out of the sky

It has safety parachutes apparently, though whether thats just for the occupants or the whole thing who knows. Either way I wouldn't want to be on the flight path if its comming down
