Question for Stef re: Bonnet scoops
#1
Stef,
Why has CK1 only got 1 small bonnet scoop on the drivers side?
It's got the large central one, one where the driver's bonnet grill should be and just the bonnet grill on the passenger's side.
Are there any benfits to running such a combination, or the extra scoobs at all??
It's of the bashed CK1 but is shows what i'm blathering about.

Hi Neil,
Extra bonnet scoop substantially reduces the air-temp to the induction.
Stuart Knight makes and sells them £60 +p&p each in fibreglass or more if you want carbon fibre. They look good and are real easy to fit.
Contact Stuart on 0207 8451698.
Cheers

Thanks scoop, but why only one? If memory serves that's where the induction kit would be, I take it it's because all the electical stuff is on the other side. Any problems with bonnet lift?

Hi Neil.
I only wanted one becasue I personally thought two looked a bit much. My K&N kit sits directly beneath the scoop as well, so it's ideal for that.
I haven't noticed any extra lift, but I still have a steel bonnet, at the moment.
As Scoop says, Stuart Knight's the man.
