I took a trip down to TSL on Saturday to have the four wheel alignment done on my MY00 - all wheels are now pointing where they should be instead of in random directions
For anybody thats never been its definitely worth a visit - very professional and friendly. Top cups of coffee I went there determined not to buy anything extra but ended up buying a set of clear indicators (following Pauls high pressure sales banter! )
Cheers,
Ian.

I was going to post a thank you to the boys n girls at TSL, but decided to piggy back this thread (sorry !).
It's a 10 hour round trip for me (with the cr4p weather today) and it's the 2nd time I've made the journey. TSL are nothing but leaders in service and are an absolute example to all.
I hope Paul doesn't mind me saying this, but a drill snapped whilst removing a rivet today...putting a nice scratch across my bumper. What do TSL do ?....straight away call me in to show me the damage, apologies, and assure me that by the end of the day the damage will be repaired to better than new....and they did. As always Paul, Graham, Glenn, Lindsay et al, A PLEASURE SPENDING MY MONEY WITH YOU !!
See you guys very soon.

Thanks very much peeps
Yeah that drill failing was a bummer!... you doesn't expect that from Snap On stuff!
The alignment costs £111.00 inc VAT.. we see some great "before" figures.. even on 150 mile old cars, so it's fairly easy to justify ..
Cheers

Yep agree on both the service at TSL (Trouser suceeded in selling me lots of tart bits) and the alignment issue, mine had been checked at delivery by the dealer and I was told it was "perfect" but then Graham at TSL found it was, err "out a little" . Lindsay spent some time correcting it, and its made a big difference on handling and a massive difference under very hard braking.
Cheers Steve :cool;
