Default Wet bonnet insulation

Noticed that the under bonnet insulation is very wet , I'm assuming it must be getting in through the scoop perimeter join rather than the scoop hole itself.
seems wetter on the right .
Is there a rubber seal?
Cheers

Not unless water blows forward. The seal is under the bonnet you can see it squashed and deformed on your picture.

Finally found what I was thinking might be letting in water.
are these scoop seals something that ever come up as leaking?
Lots for sale in USA.
Cheers.

Probably just as easy/cheaper to buy some glazing foam tape or similar. (as used for rear spoiler sealing).
Here are the UK/Europe part numbers
