Default Apexi ECU remap

Hi

I bought a 98 type R this week that has been mapped by the late Simon Roe at JGM. Heard tonight that few people are mapping Apexi or classics these days and wondered if anyone knows where I could get a map after some more mods, in Scotland please? Heard Andy F doesn’t do them now?

If that’s not a thing then who still maps these ECUs nowadays and or is there a new ECU that can be mapped in a classic?

thanks in advance

I think Russ Paton might do it. I believe he works with Mac Motorsport in Dundee. There is also John Goulding at Spool Motorsport in Edinburgh if he is still operating.

Thanks for the reply and Rus came up in conversation yesterday. Also Underwoods (Carlisle) with the idea of getting Apexi taken out and going Link. Another option is Syvec?

I found the spool place on FB but not sure they’re still in the go.

id like to find someone that can map my car in the road rather than a Dyno.

Simtek ecu would do the very best and he doesn't live terribly far from you. Steve Simpson 07836635001.

In terms of remapping? Still to find someone. In terms of driving and how it is right now, things amazing!

Default Mapping on apexi

Hi I had my apexi fc on my v3 mapped by Mark at TDR WARICK. Done a cracking job with it and got 339.39bhp on dyno.
