As per information in the Morrette link posted in your previous thread above, Valeo the supplier of the individual light units have discontinued production of said lights.
Morrette now produce their own units ( names on the glass) but only in a black edition

It is almost certain that you would not be able to replace the cracked lense without buying the complete individual light unit, if they were still available.
You could measure the diameter of the lense and see if any other supplier makes an equivalent. (Hella ?)
