it looks legit to me too but ive recently seen non sti wrx's with sti goodies and for me atleast it was hard to tell the difference. i'll ask the seller for the vin number.

Anyone watch bangers and cash on yesterday?
mathewsons have an auction website that I have a look at now and then.
They have a lot listed for this coming weekends sale, a white bugeye listed as a wrx with an auction estimate of 7-8000.
looks to me like a jdm sti, so it’s been listed very poorly and could be a right bargain if goes for lower estimate
https://www.mathewsons.co.uk/auction...pp=96&pn=1&g=1
edit: last pic shows vin plate as gdb so it’s an sti. Seems to have been imported in 2008. Don’t know if the 126k on clock is miles or kilometres though.

general ultimax not actually that bad tbh, needed tyres as inside edge gone on ours on mot and that’s what got chucked on at the garage, not cheapest, not the best but are ok (they are continentals North American brand btw)
aircon belt probably noisy aircon pulley bearing making horrible noise. Same on ours but Mrs won’t entertain using air con so just removed belt. Pumps are cheap enough.
but yes, could be a bargain or a money pit.

For a few quid more you could buy @adam.pah Spec C. Very clean and not been in the country long. Its also not a cat c so worth just that much extra. Did I mention it was a spec lol.

Matthew sons have another in coming up.
this one listed correctly as a spec c ra (it is the povo spec rally base seats, no spoiler etc) but has 17”s fitted. 2004 wide track.
estimate on this one is 12-13000
on 89k but looks like it was in km until around 35k

the RA delineation stands for record attempt on the blob spec c. It was the first saloon car to lap the Nurburgring in under 8 minutes and Subaru released 300 spec c type ra to celebrate. The cars are not numbered unfortunately.

Ah, thanks for the correction.
Just been looking on car and classic. Are cars really, really, really, really, really expensive in the Netherlands or something? Have just stumbled across a 2003 WRX, same colour as my 03 WRX, that has 262,000km on the clock, for an eye watering £26,000!

Yes, I have heard of this limited number of UK supplied cars. Not sure why a UK supplied car would be worth any more than a JDM model though....

Anyone see 'Wheeler Dealers Dream Car' recently on Quest where the desired car was an Impreza WRX STi? Can't remember the price now but was well under £10k-well less than the stupidly stratospheric prices often quoted on here.
