yes, stick the vin number into partsouq and itll tell you what it is

Depends what you mean by "models" and which market they are from.
UK "special editions" probably not, as most upgrades are done to standard models.
AFAIK for these, Subaru UK has a separate list which would link to particular VINs
However the option codes (if info available) can give you an idea and sometimes the Applied model code helps but not always.

Yes if it has a vin then partsouq will list it. I've even cross ref'd a 22b vin on partsouq and it seen it as such

It just depends if its listed as a specific model in the parts database...
For example some of the classic classifications
