Default Prodrive P25 POA reg check

Has anyone actually done a reg check on the P25 yet?

It was registered in 2014 and mot expired in June, done 158,817 miles

Is this really the same car lol or have they just robbed someone's plates

I saw someone on FB had discovered that his old Type R had become P25 001.

I think as long as the shell was straight before the conversion, its previous history is irrelevant

Really do you have a link?

Seems crazy that when you do a reg check you find out your new P25 has been a rotten banger lol

Wonder if they sell them with clocks showing the mileage on them lol

If you listen to the interview from the fella in prodrive he states all cars are originally type r donor cars that they purchased and stripped back to bare shell, and methodically checked over before started again with.

The vin will obviously remain so the history will still be able to be found.

If I was in the position to buy one would it bother me probably for about 30secs then realise it's literally a new build car so I doubt it would

As for original mileage you can legally change the mileage on any car you just have to inform the dvla which is likely what will happen

Going be really weird though, checking history of your £500,000 car to see is done high miles etc lol imagine if it flashed up on car vertical
