Well saw this on Facebook yesterday, £5,000, contacted seller quick, but he'd had loads of interest already and he thought it was going to be sold. Its gone, hopefully not too a dealer. But as we can all guess it most likely has. Holland import, 1 UK owner from new 15,000 miles, not moved in years, so will need abit of work, but still bargain, will be worth £20,000 when had few grand spent on it

It does make you wonder what the people story is behind these kinds of find.
It hasn't been on the road for 10 years, so lots of underbonnet rubber and piping to think about sourcing and replacing.
But, if you spent £5k on top of the £5k, someone will still make another £5k at least on top I guess.

Rear arches and turrets could be full of stealth rot. Needs a close inspection 1st.

What do you reckon this would probably need after 10 years unused? I'll start the ball rolling:-
Battery
HT leads
MAF
Full service kit
Full Cambelt kit Inc all rollers
Radiator
Rocker cover gaskets
Coolant pipes
Intercooler hoses
Clutch and flywheel
Discs and pads all round
Calipers
Suspension bushes all round
Subframe and or bushes
Exhaust
Tyres
Unknown bodywork

And the rest. 20,000 plus all day long with current market.

Guy said it had been garaged so doubt it. With those miles it will be fine, most of rot comes from road use.

Front o/s wheel doesn't match the others either. Still, if rear arches are sound it's a nice summer buy.
Lol what do you expect it's been sitting for 10 years. Odd thing so say for a Subaru owner complaining about interior do you even own a Subaru.

I just found this.
My old car!
It had a flat tyre so I put one of the four spare wheels on (the original silver wheels).
I did sell it to a dealer from Coventry who had all the resources to recommission it.
It subsequently sold for £16,650 on CollectingCars.com
Here's a frameshot of the day it went
