PPP Certificate
Hi all. In an act of upmost nerdiness I was going to frame my PPP install cert and original STI brochure for my 2005 STI. You can imagine my horror when I went to dig it out from 10+ years of paper work and realised the ******* thing is missing!
Do you know if it’s possible to get a replacement from Subaru or Prodrive? (Please let it be so or this will bug me forever more!)
Any help appreciated!

Try a dealer, I think my PPP certificate has the chassis number hand written on it.
They may want to see paperwork if it's not recorded on their main dealer network service records.
Will dealers still have blank certificates though? - maybe the certificates only went to the dealer when they ordered the bits...like fuel pump / exhaust sections etc.

majority of traditional / established Subaru dealers either left or were given the push over the last 10+ years so unfortunately most these days will be 'newbies' that probably have no knowledge of what your asking for.........

Off topic but what is Subaru UK's end goal, are they trying not to sell cars here?
Yep seems to be the case. Nobody I’ve spoken to at Dealerships has the foggiest what I’m on about.
Just a thought but would any Blob owners be prepared to send me over a high resolution scan of their PPP cert and dimensions? (With reg etc blocked out if they prefer). I’m thinking I could get it professionally recreated and printed, which combined with the official confirmation from Subaru UK that I’ve got, will make me feel a bit better!
I’ll PayPal over some money for a crate of beer for your troubles and happy to share the mail from Subaru.
My cert was dated sept 2005 so looking for that style (unsure if it changed in later years)
Hopefully on morally stable ground here given that it seems impossible to get one through other channels!
thanks

If it was installed when new, then usually it's done at a main dealer at PDI (Pre delivery inspection), then the customer drives off with it fitted from day one.
As far as I know PPP was never fitted at the factory and was only a dealer fit option, which also makes it available to be fitted at any time.
So the supplying dealer of the car would have fitted the PPP. Do your service records or number plates give away who the original selling dealer was, or an old tax disc holder etc? - if so, try them if you haven't already....
I had my PPP fitted to my 2007 Hawk STi in 2013 by Proven Subaru / Isuzu / Kia in Haslemere. They are still there, I spoke to them only a few weeks back. Graham Hollidge (service manager) has been there probably 25+ years now, always helpful. Worth a shot asking, nothing to lose.
