Cr1620 battery in key fob...can I use a 2032

Default Cr1620 battery in key fob...can I use a 2032

Hi guys,need to replace battery in jdm hatch keyless entry.
battery inside is cr1620 but toolstation comes up with cr1620 but the image is of a 2032.

The 16 in 1620 means 16mm diameter, and 20 in 2032 means 20mm dia, so I dont think it would work (even though both batteries are 3v).

is it not just that tool station didn’t bother taking a picture of an actual cr1620, and used a stock button battery photo?

Haven’t you got a local motor factors as they will more likely have a 1620 for a car key fob, if as above the picture is not laziness on tool stations image of the battery

just thought I'd ask before I ordered something that may or may not fit.
Doesn't seem to be a common battery that I can walk into shop and buy.
I need to order it. Bah humbug.

I bought two from my local motor factors on Thursday for my sons key fobs.

Halfords sell them, admittedly for more than double the price they are anywhere else but it'd get you out of a jam if you can't wait for delivery. Easy enough to find branded ones for ebay for under £2 from Energizer, Duracell, Panasonic etc.

B&M sell a strip for a quid that has a couple included with some other sizes.
