Default Plastic roof trim on a hatch, how do you remove it ?

I've looked high and low online and on youtube to see how you remove the long plastic roof trim on an Sti hatchback, it's obviously on clips of somekind but its more knowing the direction you need to go in, do you start at the front, or at the rear etc as i don't want to risk snapping something off. I want to get in there and clean the channels and clean up the roof trim while it's off.

Thanks

Thanks Nicam49

I did see the above youtube video in the past when i did my searches but with that being a 2004 Blobeye i just thought it wouldn't have any relevance to my own car which is a 2008 Sti Hatch as you would have thought tech would have moved on in 4 years and they would have come up with a better option.

Sorry a bit late to this party. I work away and don't get access to this site.
