No -- its an Euro import :: the colour code 74f was only available in the UK on 'specials' e.g. 22b or a P1 - however 74f (sonic blue) was available on cars from Europe
Not sure about cars from Southern Ireland tho'....

As in your "other" thread the only way to actually confirm if it was a Terzo or not (as it doesn't appear to have the numbered plaque or you would have a photo of it) is to ask Subaru UK to check the VIN against their Terzo list.

Don't believe everything in Google.
Applied model code GC8FK8D just means it is a Gen1 Impreza Saloon(GC); 2.0ltr AWD(8); built beween 02/1997 and 08/1998(F); RHD(K); GT model- marketed in UK as Turbo 2000(8);DOHC B MPI 5-speed MT AWD(D)
Trim code 830 was the standard "Dark Grey" of the time
Here's a Green Metallic one
As I also said in that thread it probably depends on the main option pack and other things

Some info on Subaru UK specials here
https://paulcowland.com/?p=254
"Debuted in April of the following year, the ‘Terzo’ (Italian for third) was debuted to an expectant and happy public, with even more whistles and bells than before. Having seen the demand for previous specials, production was upped to 333 cars, numbered as previously from ‘1’, but always missing ‘13’. A lighter Blue Mica finish and gold 16” wheels gave rally fans the closest look yet to the WRC cars, while the NON-FOLDING rear seat added rigidity and the Alcantara seats added support."
Terzo had these mainly cosmetic changes

Terzo had these mainly cosmetic changes
- Special mica blue paintwork (similar but not identical to the current WRC cars)
- Current style 16 inch alloys, but painted gold
- Air conditioning
- Alcantara + suede effect interior trim (Same front seats as fitted to recent STi models, but without embroidered STi logo, and red shoulder flashes)
- Interior number Terzo plaque
- Cobra 6422 Thatcham Category 1 alarm with remote central locking plus immobiliser
- Side and rear Terzo decals
- Special Terzo floor mats
- Non folding rear seat

Certainly looks like a euro or parallel import. I remember at the time this would have been new a lot of the car supermarkets that were cropping up were offering ‘turbo 2000’s’ at greatly reduced list price because they were parallel imports.
one of the biggest of these car supermarkets in the south east is local to me, and a friend that knew the business owner used to import and store a lot of cars for him, sourced from Ireland.
mainly opels though, don’t think they ever dealt with Imprezas.
