Blobeye Headlight Re-Tango
Does anyone have the orange plastic indicator lens things out of blobeye headlights kicking about that they wouldn’t mind parting with?
Pretty sure I binned mine when I removed them
Cheers

This is definitely a new one. But won't adding them back in make it less stealthy.
Are you going back to stock.

I would just stick with an orange bulb , it’s a subtle mod but more in line with newer cars , i would not go back to the orange cover 👍 obviously your choice as your car 👍

I want those amber lenses to paint black & effectively blank off the stock indicator reflector for a cleaner look.

I plan on tinting them with a medium smoke film after a bit of a freshen up to hopefully hide this.
However if you want to send me your headlights, I’ll split them, pop the amber lenses out, paint the inner plastic for you (if required) & rebuild them.
I’ll even cover return postage too

Mine are pretty trashed so planning an overhaul, I wet sanded & polished the lenses so they were immaculate, but didn’t realise I removed the UV protection so shortly afterwards loads of stress fractures appeared (If only I’d known & lacquered them).

The car is my daily unfortunately so I can't really be without headlights!
