IVE HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH MORETTE HEAD LIGHTS, I PURCHASED A SET OF BLOBEYE HEADLIGHTS IN DECEMBER 19,RECEIVED THEM DAMAGED 3 MONTHS LATER ,THEY ARGUES ABOUT REPLACING THEM ASKED ME TOO REPAIR THEM, SO A DID NOT WANT THEM AND WANTED A REFUND, 3 MONTH LATER BECAUSE OF COVID19 I WAS GIVEN A RETURN LABEL FOR THE COURIER AND WAS SENT, BUT THERE WAS NOBODY THERE TO RECEIVE THE PARCEL SO NOW MORETTE ARE SAYING THEY DIDN'T GET THEM AND WONT REFUND ME A PENNY
I DONT HAVE MUCH MONEY, I SAVED UP FOR THESE FOR 6 MONTHS AND AM £800 OUT OF POCKET AND LIGHTS.
AM DISGUSTED HOW IVE BEEN TREATED WITH THIS COMPANY.
ANYBODY HAD ANY BAD EXPERIENCES WITH THIS COMPANY.
SPREAD THE WORD COS THIS ISN'T RIGHT

Bought threw ebay,back in December throw,seams hard work to get a number coz you carnt click on purchase and report coz it's gone past so many days,months.
its absolutely diabolical, how a well established company can treat a customer, and I dont no if they got the lights and tell me they hadn't.
am DISGUSTED them and make sure everyone knows too,he's a spainish guy.

It might be worth contacting Ebay and Paypal. If you did use a credit card you might be able to do a claim under the credit consumer act.

debt card was used threw PayPal.
The way I've been treatedtreaunreal.they basically say it's not there problem.

Have you got a tracking number that should tell you if they have received it or not.

my Hermes the courier left it ,in front of the unit with out signature or seeing any body.

I am not surprised they have gone missing , you may need to claim from Hermes then

Due to Coronavirus restrictions, many couriers no longer get signatures. They do take a picture of the parcel outside the property as proof of delivery. Not as good but the best they can do.

DPD take a photo of it with your door open. Hermes do take a photo. But leave in a safe place. If you have proof of delivery, you should be able to claim. Contact PayPal and eBay.

Be lucky to get the declared value back in my experience - And was it actually insured for £700? I doubt it.

I wouldn't buy anything from Morette as a lot of people say the company doesn't really exist anymore and all they do is scam people.

I tend to believe the negative reviews more than the positive ones which all look fake.

It seems to be a very well planned scam. They renewed the Morette website, added an address in Spain and reply to the reviews on TrustPilot to make it seem that they care for the customers. Regardless of what they write there, I don't think there's any excuse for people paying money and not receiving anything for it.

If there's anyone on eBay that claim to be "Morette", I would report them and maybe they could be accused for all the poor people they conned!
