Default Potential Buy - What's it Worth

Hi all, I'm potentially looking to buy this subaru as an little fun weekend car. What would you say this is worth. Ringland went at 25k after which the engine was built including new turbo.

2016 Wrx Sti
50,000 kms

Engine mods:
1- Mahle motorsports pistons
2- Manely Rods
3- King main bearings & Rod Bearings
4- ARP Head Studs
5- Exedy Stage 1 HD clutch

ECU: E-tuned on Cobb accessport by Evans Tuning (https://www.evans-tuning.com/)

Engine bolt ons:
1- Killer B Air-Oil separator.
2- Grimmspeed top mount intercooler w/shroud
3- Megan Racing all Aluminium Radiator (w/ torque solutions silicone hoses)
4- Custom Mishimoto oil cooler core (25 row) with Mocal thermostat
5- Custom power steering cooler (using Hayden automotive 776 core)
6- 1 step colder spark plugs
7- Invidia Catless Downpipe (heat wraped)
8- Cobb boost control solenoid
9- Turbosmart Kompact Bypass valve
10- Cobb Turbo heat shield
11- Killer B Oil pan kit (Oil pan+baffle+pick-up)
12- Perrin Turbo inlet (new not yet installed)
13- Unequal length headers (not yet installed)
14- 12mm high volume oil pump (OEM subaru)
15- Subaru water pump (closed impeller design)
16- Custom DOM Tuning cylinder 4 cooling mod (not yet installed)

Chassis:
1- Kart boy short shifter (with front and rear bushings)
2- Torque solution solid shifter linkage
3- Beatrush Trasmission mount
4- whiteline Front control arm Front inner bushing (Polyurethane bushing)
5- Whiteline positive shift kit (Transmission cross memeber rubber)
6- whiteline steering rack bushing kit
7- whiteline anti-lift caster bushings
8- Whiteline rear adjustable control arms
9- Street rays tramsmission pitch stop mount
10- Perrin trasmission pitch stop brace (w/ steel clutch line conversion)
11- Goodridge SS brake lines (New not yet installed)

Additional:
1- Rallyarmor mud flaps
2- Husky rubber floor liners front and rear (OEM floor mats availabel)
3- SMY Gauge pod
4- Prosport supreme series Oil temperature gauge
5- Prosport supreme series Oil pressure gauge
6- Grimmspeed heavey shift ****
7- Alcentara steering wheel wrap

Maintenance Items:
1- Oil changed (3700 kms remaining)
2- brand new brake pads (not yet installed)
3- Tires recently replaced (5 mounths ago)

looks like its got a decent spec.

who built it? not sure on those cobb handheld things though, thats an american thing. if it were me i would have it mapped by a well known specialist

All depends on the price......seems reasonably speced , if a bit generic eg Mishimoto, Whiteline, Cobb

Built by a performance company out here in Qatar called Top Performance, priced around 17k mark (equiv)

do your research on the company and find some reviews on them,perhaps give them a call to speak about the car

Impossible to tell. You are in Qatar. It is LHD and all the work as been done by someone/company that no one here knows.
