Look up part number 6438V8. They're fitted to Citroen's, Peugeots, Fiats and probably others too. Had some fitted to my Hawk for a few years now and they're so much better than the originals. Not an exact fit in the hole on the bonnet, they're a little loose, but they stay put unless you pull on them.

couldn't get them to spray high enough.

I've been through this, i even brought a new pump, turns out best thing to do is remove all the 1 way valves in the sprayer pipework, takes a millisecond longer to get the spray but you get a far more powerful flow.

Been there too. The one way valve is just a small ball bearing, I managed to get it out with a pin, I believe it stops water flowing back into the reservoir but I never saw any issues after doing it.
