You're worse than me at describing things
So, is the issue with the I/C spray or the washer jets?

id say washer jets as the ic is inside the scoop and sprays inwards, the washer jets are on the top of the bonnet and will get water on the bonnet when used as they spray over it to the screen.

clean your screen when washing the car, job done

I think he means when the i/c spray activates , water weeps out off his wiper jets at the same time.I had this before (as did someone on here recently) but not sure of a solution , i swapped mine over and back then it just stopped !
