Hi folks, I've just purchased a new reg plate and to speed up the process of having a physical plate manufactured I'm being told I can use an electronic version of the proof of entitlement form which is called an eV948 form. Problem is that I've no idea how to acquire this electronic document. I've googled the form and the DVLA website just has a blog on the fact that it exists but with no explanation of how to get it. I bought the plate directly from the DVLA's own website.

Any help would be appreciated. cheers, Dazza

cheers. I'll order my plate from there then. Bought my reg today but no idea when I'll get the paper certificate through the post under the current situation.
